🕒 Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for us to confirm item availability and verify payment if needed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is approved, including your tracking number.
📦 Shipping Information
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)
- Shipping fees calculated at checkout for orders below that threshold
- All shipments are handled by Canada Post with Signature Required
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice with pickup details.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted, but only under specific conditions.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
No return will be accepted without one.

Please provide your order number and indicate the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Perfume bottles that are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging
- Defective perfume bottles, whether purchased at regular or promotional price
❌ Not Eligible
- Samples and decants (including all formats, such as our 10 ml house-made formats)
- Any opened or used product, unless the bottle or pump is defective
- Any item returned without a valid Return Authorization Number
📬 Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, you have 10 days to send it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Be sure to include:
- The original purchase receipt
- Your Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the package

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
